. Consequently, the crown was significantly oversized and had no appearance of a natural tooth. I was told that the misalignment issues would resolve within 24 hours, but they persisted, leading to unbearable pain, inability to sleep or eat solid food. The earliest follow-up appointment was 5 days later. Dr. Rafferty made the necessary adjustments to recover my bite but the finish was filed off resulting in a rough surface with metal exposed through the porcelain which looked even worse than before (see photos). Seeking a second opinion confirmed the necessity for replacement, which Dr. Rafferty agreed to, albeit with significant discomfort and post-removal pain.Crown #2:The second crown looked good but suffered a fracture upon placement. I mentioned the crack sound it made when being installed, but was told it was fine. When I got home, I took a good look and saw that the crown had cracked completely in two, requiring yet another visit for removal and replacement.Crown #3:While the third crown initially appeared promising with both look and fit, it dislodged just two days after installation without so much as eating on that side. An additional visit was needed to re-install the crown but it required further adjustment due to the increased height from the new layer of cement. The filing adjustment caused the outer smooth finish to be further removed resulting in a rough top. The entire ordeal entailed extensive travel to Dr. Rafferty's office as I live an hour away. I anticipated 4 hours travel, but it totaled 14 hours with additional expenses. Beyond the physical discomfort and pain, the experience lasted for over a month and caused incredible anxiety. Regardless of the contract, what they did to us, and likely to countless other patients, is illegal. Instead of understanding our position, or making any effort at a fair resolution, Andre immediately threatened to send our account to collections if we didn't pay within 7 days! . She had purple hair and little to no teeth. She would not give me her name because she knew she was TERRIBLY WRONG. She started off by saying "you have a couple bikes?" to which I responded "Yes I have one motorcycle?". She immediately raised her voice, and began to verbally attack me and my pregnant Girlfriend about storing a motorcycle, saying that "it was illegal, and that I needed to remove the motorcycle immediately, otherwise she was going to call the police and have me arrested". At this point, I asked if she was the Manager, to which she told me yes. I knew that she wasn't the GM, because his name is Dave Post and he was there when I rented to unit originally. After telling her I rented the unit from the GM, she then took back her statement and said she was the Assistant Manager. To put this into perspective, when I rented the unit originally, Dave Post - THE GM - was there during the process. I made it very clear that it was for personal storage which would include a motorcycle. There was no issue whatsoever from the GM and the team there that day. Uhaul allows motorcycle storage which I also confirmed with their Corporate team after this situation. Not only was this attack the rudest and most aggressive way to come at a customer, it was ALL FOR NOTHING!!!!! At this point, she continued to ask what unit was mine, so I proceeded to show her myself. I showed her that the motorcycle was stored (sit perfectly in the unit, clean, no issues, etc.) and there was nothing wrong with this. She continued to say that this was illegal, that I had to remove it immediately, and that she was going to call the police to have me arrested. At this point, I am fuming and told her to please get out of my face and that I would gladly remove all of my property and never rent here again. I requested her business card, to which she said I was NOT allowed in the office. I then asked for her name, to which she again would NOT provide it. She started to call another employee on a phone saying that she had a "terrible customer here" and "to keep his finger on the panic button" LOL. I then got in my car to transport items out of the storage unit (because frankly I DON'T WANT TO RENT FROM SOMEONE SO BLANTANTLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE), and as I was driving away she started screaming "5MPH, 5MPH, 5MPH" (I was going about 2MPH lol) and she was calling the other employee on the phone screaming "HIT THE PANIC BUTTON" (Can you believe this?!!!!). During this time, my PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND was standing next to the storage unit, in which the Assistant GM continue to attack her screaming she was going to have me arrested, the cops were on their way, the motorcycle storage was illegal, among several outwardly and extremely aggressive claims that were incorrect. This caused significant stress on my girlfriend which in turn can affect our unborn child - ALL FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! I got my items and motorcycle out of that storage unit as fast as I could so she would leave us alone. Erise Builders was contracted to remodel my new home in Braintree in late October. I supplied the principal, Edison Ribiero with approved architectural plans to support the remodel of the home.Once the work began, there were continuous delays that could not be resolved. I also noticed some areas of the home where they were not following the architectural drawings. I confronted the owner, Edison about the changes to the approved design, he admitted that he did not submit the plans to the town

However, his changes did not follow the approved architectural plans he was provided prior to starting my home improvement project.Feeling concerned about the changes, I consulted with the structural engineer who designed my plans. I asked him to visit the home and inspect the modifications to ensure they were safe and acceptable modifications to his plans. I set up two meetings for the engineer and Edison to visit the job site together. Both times, Edison cancelled at the last minute and never met with the engineer. The engineer shared the three areas that were not up to code that would need to be remediated in order to be in line with my architectural drawings. After several attempts to discuss these problems with Edison, he finally admitted that he was not following the plans but he would now make an effort to correct the errors.However, by this time, I was no longer comfortable or trusted his assertion because he hadn’t been honest with me. Hence, I terminated my contract with Erise and ask him to return any unused money from my deposit. Instead, he decided to keep my money and stole all the building supplies that were purchased with my money for my property. I made many attempts to reach a settlement with him have gone unanswered.I ended up receiving a correction letter from the town of Braintree to correct the structural mistakes Erise Builders created and had to hire a new contractor to start the process all over again which I end up paying for the same work.Needless to say, this has been a very challenging situation. I recently filed a complaint with Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau to ask for assistance.Erise Builders received a $45,000 deposit from me and didn’t deliver even 20% of the contracted work plus the removed all the new building materials from my home and doubled my losses because I had to replace all of the material in order to get the work on my home back on track.I sent two certified letters and one via Fedex to Erise Builders asking for some level of refund or compromise. All of my correspondence has gone unanswered, so Edison has left me with no choice but to express my grievances over this horrible situation on public platforms like this.Be very careful if you choose to work with Erise Builders. If you have any issues with them, they will keep your deposit and steal all your building supplies on their way out.

CommentThey sold me a used car (under 10k USD) which I didn't know they had reset the engine check alarm light. I happened to be on a trip afterwards so didn't drive the car for a while, and when I did the engine light came on. Took it back to them, they just reset the light again, and when driving back home it was on again. They would'd take it back because it was a few weeks after the trade, though around 200 miles driven. They would only buy it back if I accepted half the sale price!The car

had other main issues such as very old brakes, which the seller told me clearly they were in good condition. I had to replace them after almost having a major accident.After driving the car to the dealership several times, and going to another official dealership of that car brand, I ended up spending 4000 USD until the car could pass the state inspection!
