This was my first time meeting with this doctor. I am not a fan of doctors because most of the time they rush and don't take the time to treat you like a person and only treat you like a dollar sign instead. I was very very happy and very comfortable with the doctor and would highly recommend this doctor to anyone needing a sleep doctor. He was down to earth and took the time to be social and communicate at a very very comfortable level. I was not rushed through the appointment and everything was explained. All my questions were answered very clearly and with options. Not one complaint. Please share with doctor.

The office staff called me about my medication, which is not formulary, and assisted with the imput of the doctor, in getting the medication I needed. I appreciate that.

The doctor and office staff were great. The directions to the office from the link are awful. The address of 750 Rte 73 brought me to an empty movie theater parking lot. I tried 3 numbers to get clarification. When I finally got a live person she had no idea. Thankfully she knew it was across from a Target and that was enough of a clue for me.

I came out of my visit with a great opinion of the staff, and my Physician. He spent a great amount of time, going over my tests, and listening to my history.

My condition is progressing, I had the lung capacity test. I would have liked the Dr. or tech explain the results of the test.

I had a PFT at the Virtua center in Voorhees because that was the first available. Everything was great at that location but it is too far to travel for every appointment so I will continue with the Sewell location. It was a refreshing experience meeting with Dr. Crookshank. Focus, eye contact, two-way conversation and mutual care planning. If he was watching his timing, it was not obvious to me as a patient. The visit was informative and reassuring; and he really inspires confidence.

I have never met a more likable doctor. He takes all the time I need, talks about all my medical issues, and teaches me something new every time I see him. I absolutely trust him and get great care. Dr. Crookshank sets the bar so high for all medical professionals.

I do not feel that my CPAP question was answered. It became my fault. Te next two nights I was in bed by midnight and uo by 730am and my machine registered less usage by significant amounts. Pragmatic problem solving may have been more useful rather than detailed contrived responses.

Dr. Crookshank is very thoughtful in providing medical care/opinion. He takes the time to understand and to come up with a treatment plan. I referred him to my husband, who is now a patient and feels the same way as I do.

Dr Crookshank said that an order would be placed for a nebulizer for me from a medical supply company. I didn't get it or get a call from a medical supply company regarding the nebulizer- the summary of treatment does not list the supply company or that the order was placed. I messaged the office twice ( Jan. 10 and Jan. 16) on Virtua my chart and left a voicemail today. I haven't gotten a response yet.

I had a problem with sitting in the waiting room for two hours and there were several other people there waiting two hours with the same time for the appointment. So I didn't appreciate that very much. Thank you.

The service there is great. Everybody is really great. The only problem I have is if I have to get in touch with Dr. Cruikshank, they always put me through to the nurse's nurse assistant and it takes forever to get a hold of them. Last time, it took two weeks to get a hold of her. I think that has to be speeded up. Although Dr. Cruikshank did say that they're sizing down or something to that. It's going to get better. Hopefully, because if I need to talk to the doctor, I don't want to sit around here for two weeks. So that's about the end of that.

I was a long time patient of Dr. [REDACTED], I was disappointed that his practice was moving so far. Glad that I was given Dr Crookshank's name.

A 10 in every way

I've met this doctor previously trying to help my daughter. I have every confidence in him. We need to expedite his sleep study as my husband has Parkinson's and I'm not sure that he knows that he did not mention it in the visit, but there is a need for better sleep patterns.

I am very happy with the staff, and especially the doctor.

He does not talk down to a patient, he talks to them. Very satisfied and looking forward to working with him to resolve my medical concerns. The support staff was helpful and pleasant. They were especially helpful in guiding me to the office after Google maps led me to the Indian Culture Center?! They said many patients experienced this google misrouting ?!

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism from the receptionist when I entered and [REDACTED] who took my blood pressure and reviewed my information. I appreciated Dr. Crookshaw taking time to explain my medical plan going forward and his patience answering all my questions.

The doctor at times, was condescending and not listening to my concerns. The staff had very little diversity. I waited an hour before being see for an appointment the office asked me to come early for. I was barely greeted when I walked in and certainly not when I walked out. I did not trust the doctor or staff with my care. I will not follow up with him nor did I or do I plan to take any of the medication prescribed to me.

Dr. Crookshank is excellent. I do not say that often about physicians , having come from a medical family with the highest of standards. I would trust my care to him without a single reservation. Absolutely loved him.

Well, the new person that they had there, the tech, the one that does the blood pressure, he was not friendly at all. I don't want to say my name, but he needs improvement. Everybody else is fine. It's just a new person, and he's so, I'll say he's a Black man, but that's first time I've ever seen him, but he wasn't too friendly.

I'm very dissatisfied with the fact that my medication was called in to a pharmacy in Florida, instead of New Jersey. And other than that, it took 3 days to finally get a hold of someone to correct the problem. So, I'm awaiting for the doctor to get approval for the medication.
