At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called Personal Information. Click on the Edit/Add/View link to change your personal information.

Creating a CVS.com® account

Go to the Create an Account page, enter and confirm your email address (which becomes your User ID) and choose a password. You'll also be asked for information necessary to set up and protect your account. As you set up your account, you can choose to: Receive offer-filled CVS.com® emails.
