Ya mike I am dealing with that right now. I had bought a dragon off of her that she didnt know it was a trans!!! Lol . It was a steal and she told me she sent it ups, later I found out two days after that she sent it through the post office. She told me she meant usps , but seriously who says that not post office.

she is one person who need to be stopped as her actions are reckless shes just lucky to not have any dragons perish she is putting the lives of these animals at risk
and not only the animals lives but shes shipping these without the carriers knowledge
this could cause a problem for all of us in the future

I guess I will have to wait until her 6 day weekend is over also , I guess that's real.... I know i will eventually get my money back but my biggest concern is to make sure this beardie has a clean bill of health . I had to pick scabs because they would clearly if not infected , infect her but I don't want the infection to spread if she is. I guess to some people "partying" is more important than an animals life , hence my attack on her owning animals in general. You treat one bad , whats to say you treat any of them well? I just wonder how she has the audacity to post anything after her recent happenings.

She is also discrediting the reputable breeders that she is buying the animals from . I have spoken to allot of the big breeders and they have gone out of their way to help. It kind of annoys me that she is now trying to sully blood banks reputation with that female paradox. These animals are sold to her healthy but do not receive the same care under her ownership. So she is trying to ride on a reputable breeders name with a sub-standard product?

I think she had deleted the original posting after the barbie incident. I know she has facebook and I think a flickr account . Her postings are sporadic and if she is prevented in this way she still will attend reptile shows and sell some newcomer a sick dragon. Thats why I honestly did suggest the aspca action because they don't mess around. I had reported a craigslist posting about dog fighting and they actively pursed it .

I also posted the pics on Facebook to inform the general public , its harsh but it is the right thing to do. I don't like to put people on blast and If you would like to know someone else who is selling beardies that have pin worms I will divulge that info but I would like to address this situation first. It takes more than one person to accomplish a goal ... no I in team and so forth. If people want to pay more to ship reptiles in general by all means let this go but when people ban together things happen.

Bionca has proven over and over, her lack of care, proffesionalism, and out right common sense!! She is a poor excuse for dragon owner/breeder. IMO people like Bionca should be band permanently to insure a poor newcomer is not fooled by her lies and false sincerity. Bionca is a sad example of owner/breeders but one would also have to keep in mind their are others out their and we always need to be cautious!! As well as keep ones breeding and performances proffesional and honest in order to set a standard for breeders to come. I am very thankful to be part of this community and am glad we have the ability to weed out the bad

I know what your saying and it is sad that it works that way . She has had an incident come to light where her dog attacked another one and she was "proud/bragging". She claims now when being called out on it that it was "self defense" . The other dog needed 40 stitches . It is ridiculous how slow this process works though she could kill/ sell all of the animals in the time they actively pursue it . She is basically backed against a wall right now and knows she is possibly facing jail time . She even resorted to saying that I was harassing her . Its funny I didn't know you could harass someone when they owe you money or you are trying to prevent them from being able to abuse animals? The other thread on Brianna Martin has some more evidence on this subject .

The info about the dog was expressed to another customer , its in the other thread that is following the topic. The second part is harassment is when you are acting offensive to someone. I don't know if reporting someone to the ASPCA is offensive , harassment is a serious thing to falsely accuse someone of and she is gripping for straws. I have never even cursed at her and I cant even post texts because she has and I would get in trouble for proving that if anyone has been harassed the situation is reversed.
